Apple Bread

Take about spacing out in a huge way! I made this amazing recipe that I am so excited to share, and somehow I forgot to photograph it. C’mon Camille! I have only been blogging for almost a year, this should be second nature by now! The recipe was so delicious though, that I want to share it with you despite the lack of photos. Instead, I will just share some cute animal photos. They are much better than bread anyway… fluffier…

Apple Bread

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup diced apples
    1. Mix flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder together.
    2. Beat eggs and add sugar and oil.
    3. Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
    4. Stir in apples.
    5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Don’t you just want to eat them right up? I mean, the bread, don’t you just want to eat the bread right up?

    1. This sounds delicious. It’s super cold here in California, we even had snow last weekend. Baked apples always make me think of cold weather. I’m making it for sure.
